Saturday was the 5th annual Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival. It was a rainy, miserable day but that didn’t stop the hundreds of people from coming out to DUMBO, Brooklyn under a big ass tent to see some real hip-hop performances. I was lucky enough to get press access (thnx Sana) and I was able to see some great artist perform some great music. Some of the acts that performed were Torae, Smiff n Wessun, Brand Nubian, Styles P and D-Block, Tanya Morgan, Black Thought of The Roots, Homebody Sandman and Dead Prez. Everybody ripped the stage.
